FIC Report (Anambra State) – The Speaker of Anambra State House of Assembly, Right Honourable Somtochukwu Udeze says the State Legislature will continue to contribute meaningfully towards the security of lives and property of Anambra people.
Speaking on the launch of “Operation Udo Ga Achi” by Governor Chukwuma Soludo, Right Honourable Udeze noted that the State Legislature passed the Anambra State Homeland and Security Bill to provide a legal framework for the establishment and operations of the Agunechemba Security Outfit.
The Speaker while commending Governor Soludo for his security efforts and initiatives in the State, urged the personnel of the Agunechemba Security Outfit to comply with Awka.the principles of the law.
He described security as a collective responsibility and called on well meaning Anambra people to contribute their quota in supporting Governor Soludo to fight insecurity in the State.
