The globally renowned sanitation advocate and Founder of the World Toilet Organization, Professor Dr. Jack Sim (L), was received by the Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and Sanitation, Dr. Emanso Umobong (R), on behalf of the Honourable Minister of Water Resources and Sanitation, Engr.
