The Federal Government, through the Bureau of Public Service Reforms (BPSR) under the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF), will officially launch three innovative digital platforms aimed at strengthening transparency, accountability and effective implementation of public sector reforms across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

‎The event is scheduled to hold on Monday, 14 July 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Conference Hall, Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Shehu Shagari Complex, Three Arms Zone, Abuja.

‎The platforms to be unveiled are the Reforms Tracker Dashboard, the Knowledge Repository, and the National Strategy for Public Service Reform (NSPSR) Strategy Dashboard. Together, they constitute an integrated digital ecosystem designed to monitor reform implementation, preserve institutional knowledge and provide real-time insights into the Federal Government’s reform agenda.

‎The launch represents a significant milestone in Nigeria’s public service transformation efforts by providing government leaders, policymakers, development partners, researchers, civil society organisations, the media and citizens with credible, verified and accessible information on the progress of public sector reforms.

‎The Reforms Tracker Dashboard will enable the monitoring of reform milestones, timelines and key performance indicators across MDAs using verified data to provide near real-time updates on implementation. The platform is expected to improve coordination, strengthen performance management and enhance accountability in reform delivery.

‎The Knowledge Repository will serve as a central digital library for reform policies, strategies, reports, guidelines, case studies and other knowledge products. By preserving institutional memory and providing easy access to reform resources, the platform will reduce duplication, encourage evidence-based policymaking and support continuous learning across government institutions.

‎Complementing these platforms is the NSPSR Strategy Dashboard, which will provide a live visual representation of the National Strategy for Public Service Reform. The dashboard will enable decision-makers to monitor progress across the strategy’s pillars and building blocks, helping government leaders identify achievements, address implementation challenges and make informed policy decisions.

‎Speaking ahead of the launch, the Bureau of Public Service Reforms noted that the platforms reflect the Federal Government’s commitment to building a transparent, accountable and results-driven public service capable of delivering quality services to Nigerians.

‎According to the Bureau, the integrated platforms will address longstanding challenges associated with fragmented reform reporting, limited access to institutional knowledge and the absence of a unified mechanism for tracking reform implementation across government institutions.

‎The event is expected to attract senior government officials, including the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, ministers, permanent secretaries, heads of government agencies, development partners, representatives of civil society organisations, academia, the private sector and members of the media.

‎The programme will feature goodwill messages, live demonstrations of the platforms, keynote addresses, the official unveiling ceremony and stakeholder engagements on sustaining the reform initiative.

‎The Bureau said the launch would also reinforce its role as the Federal Government’s central coordinating institution for monitoring public service reforms and promoting evidence-based governance through technology-driven solutions.

‎By introducing the three platforms, the Federal Government aims to strengthen inter-agency coordination, improve data-driven decision-making, increase public confidence in governance and institutionalise transparency and accountability in the implementation of reforms across the public service.
