ANNOUNCEMENT: Messages from Mr. President:

2023 supplementary Appropriation Bill to the tune of over 2 Trillion for the wage payments, cash provision for the vulnerable, as well as for the carrying out of critical infrastructure and projects.

  1. Submission of 2024-2026 Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF) and fiscal strategy papers as a prelude of the 2024 budget. The President expressed optimism that the House will accord the documents the normal favourable consideration and due approval. The documents were referred to the House Committee on Finance.
